Good news for the Southwest Conference UCC:

I wanted you to know ASAP that the Board of Directors of the SWC UCC voted unanimously and enthusiastically to recommend to the Conference Annual Meeting (April 25-27) that the Rev. Dr. John C. Dorhauer be called as our next Conference Minister. The Board also thanked the search committee for its excellent work. I could sense the powerful presence and leading of the Spirit in our time together.

John is currently the St. Louis Associate Conference Minister for the Missouri Mid-South Conference and comes to us with outstanding recommendations from those who know him and work with him. More information about John will be published soon.

It is okay to make this news public. By all means, if you haven't done so already, make your reservations for the annual meeting when we will all have a chance to get to know John and, if the vote is affirmed, to hear him preach.
