Young Junior Camp


CIT must be entering 10th grade or older
    Junior Camp

CIT must be entering 11th grade or older

Skills and Qualifications:

All those applying to be CITs must have positive recommendations from their references. You to be sensitive and responsible to the needs of children in your charge. You need to be have a positive and inclusive attitude, able to discipline with gentleness and understanding, be an enthusiastic leader, interested in learning new things and sharing, be a good listener, be a person of open and tolerant faith, and be a cooperative “team player” with counselors and program staff.  As a CIT, you will work under the supervision and partnership of one or more adult counselors.  You will do everything that counselors do, and the campers will consider you as counselors.

Time requirements:
     STAFF TRAINING
    & ORIENTATION

YOU MUST ATTEND THE ORIENTATION DAY EVENT IN ORDER TO SERVE AS COUNSELOR. (Location will be announced)

SUPER CAMP STAFFS:
           SATURDAY,  June 7:   8 a.m. – 2 p.m
.

(If you are in high school, please note that this is an SAT testing day.  If it applies to you, please plan early to take the SAT on another test day. Attendance at the Staff Orientation Day is a requirement.)

 Arrival You must arrive for pre-camp orientation on Saturday, June 14    Details will be announced.

FAILURE TO HONOR THE STAFF CONTRACT AND COVENANT SHEET
MAY LEAD TO DISMISSAL FROM CAMP AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
