Transportation & Travel Scholarships Although most of you will be driving, some may prefer to fly or take the train. The SWC will reimburse up to $125 of your travel costs - either gas (with receipts), mileage of $.14/mile, or rail/air fare (with receipt copy). An Expense Reimbursement Request form will be in your Annual Meeting packet to use to document the final amount. Contact the Conference office if you have any transportation issues. Train: From Albuquerque or Lamy, NM to Flagstaff, AZ - check out www.Amtrak.com. A round trip on the Southwest Chief will run between $110-120. Arrive at 8:51 pm on Thursday/leave Monday at 6:11 am. SWC will arrange transportation from Flagstaff to Sedona and back. Air: Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor on Thursday or early Friday morning. The SWC will try to arrange transportation from Phoenix to Sedona, or you might try Ace Xpress Shuttle service. Cost is about $100 round trip for door-to-door service. www.ACEXShuttle.com

Hotels Kings Ransom Inn and Kings Ransom Sedona Hotel are about 1 mile further north of the church. The other three hotels are about 4 miles south of the church - all on the main road. Call directly to reserve your room and ask for the "United Church of Christ" block. All blocks will be released on March 23, although, if rooms are available after that date, the group rate will be honored. Special rates will also be honored the day before and the day after the annual meeting. Directions and a map will be included in your Registration Confirmation packet.
